This journal follows the guidelines based on the Indonesian Institute of Sciences Regulation Number 5 of 2014 on the Code of ethics for Scientific Publications sourced from COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics). This statement describes the ethical behavior of all parties involved in the process of publishing articles in this journal, including authors, editors-in-chief, editorial board, reviewers, and publishers.

JOURNAL PUBLICATION ETHICS GUIDELINES

Publication of articles in is an important cornerstone in efforts to develop a coherent and recognized scientific network. Each published article is a direct reflection of the quality of the work of the authors and the institutions that support and uphold the scientific method. Therefore, all parties involved must agree on the standards of ethical behavior expected in the act of publishing: authors, journal editors, publishers, publishers, and the public.

STIE Eka Prasetya as a publisher takes the role of maintaining all stages of publishing very seriously and we are very aware of our ethical responsibilities and other responsibilities. We are committed to ensuring that advertising, reprints, or other commercial revenue does not influence or influence editorial decisions. In addition, STIE Eka Prasetya and the editorial board will help communication with journals and / or other publishers that are considered very useful and necessary.

EDITOR DUTIES AND PUBLICATION DECISIONS

The editors of are responsible for deciding which submitted articles should be published. Editors may be guided by the policies of the journal's editorial board and are limited by applicable legal provisions, such as defamation, copyright infringement, and plagiarism. Editors may consult with other editors or reviewers in making this decision.

  1. Aspect of FairnessThe editor must ensure that manuscripts are reviewed for their intellectual content, irrespective of the authors' sex, gender, race, religion, or citizenship. Editorial independence and integrity are crucial in making fair and unbiased decisions.
  2. ConfidentialityThe editors and editorial staff will not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the author, reviewer, prospective reviewer, or other appropriate editorial board members.
  3. Disclosure and Conflict of InterestReviewers should not use any privileged information obtained during the review process for personal gain and should avoid reviewing manuscripts in which they have a conflict of interest. They should inform the editor if they suspect any potential conflict of interest.

DUTIES OF REVIEWERS

  1. Contribution to Editorial DecisionsReviewers play a role in helping the editor make decisions on whether to publish or reject a manuscript, and may also provide feedback to help authors improve their work.
  2. Promptness: Any selected reviewer who feels they do not meet the requirements/interest to review the manuscript or do not have enough time to review it must immediately notify the editor and withdraw from the review process
